Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for creative and hungry engineers who are passionate about engaging with customers in technical discussion to understand and deliver the best possible solution for them. You will work in implementation projects as part of the Services organization to develop and configure DigitalRoute’s product MediationZone.
Areas of responsibilities:
- Participate in all stages of customer implementation projects namely analysis, design, tests, documentation, reporting, acceptance and support handover
- Interact with customer
- Analyze customer requirements and data
- Design and implement business logic for different areas where MediationZone is used
- Write documentation of performed work for customers
- Quality Assurance and testing of all Digital Route products and implementation
- Provide accurate and timely information is provided to Project Manager and the rest of the unit
- Support other persons within the unit, based on his/her competence
Credentials and experience:
- University degree in related subject
- Programming experience
- Good knowledge of UNIX, databases
- Network communication knowledge
- Experience from Telecommunications or IT industry
- Experience from customer interaction
- Fluent English reading and writing
- Work permit in the European Union
- Willing to travel worldwide up to 60
