Our Development unit is growing and we are looking for a leader to build up a new line organization unit, Agile Office, the competence center for agile development. The mission is to coach our agile teams to continuously improve and to evolve our development methods. The role includes line manager responsibilities for ScrumMasters, Configuration Managers and Technical Writers.
To succeed in this position you must be knowledge-thirsty, creative and open-minded, but also an executer with high social skills and a strong track record of driving change and continuous improvements in software companies.
Areas of responsibilities:
- Competence Center for Agile Development
- Ownership of the Software Development Process
- Line manager for ScrumMasters, Configuration Managers and Technical Writers
- Drive continuous improvement and transformation programs
Credentials and experience:
- Deep knowledge in Agile Methodologies and knowledge-thirsty mindset
- +4 year working in an Agile Software Development environment
- +2 year experience working as a ScrumMaster and/or Agile Coach
- Leadership skills, preferably line / Staff Management experience with excellent track record
- Experience in Agile coaching and preferably active participation in Agile forums
- Good technical knowledge in Software Development – B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Excellent track record in driving process improvements/change/transformation initiatives
- Fluent in English, reading and writing
- Verbal and communicative, including good presentation skills
The position is located at our office in Stockholm or Gothenburg. Only candidates with Swedish working permit will be considered.
