Scrum Master

Are you a passionate Scrum Master with leadership skills and a great knowledge in Software Development? Do you want to be part of an innovative team working towards our vision of revolutionizing data integration?

Our Development unit is growing and we are now forming a new scrum team that require a new a Scrum Master. As a Scrum Master you are a role model for agility demonstrating inculcated agile values and principles in their thinking processes and actions. Applying a highly collaborative approach and leadership techniques you will facilitate the delivery of high-quality software product regularly, repeatedly and predictably through relentless focus on the customer, business value and technical excellence.

You will be based in Gamla stan, Stockholm, however some regular travel may be required between ciites in Sweden as well as abroad.


Required Behaviors/Skills

The right candidate will have a proven track record in:

  • Achieving successful software product delivery.
  • Growing and facilitating highly motivated and capable teams to deliver innovative software products.
  • Establishing credibility with people very quickly.
  • Facilitation, participatory decision-making and conflict resolution.
  • Light-touch leadership that employs a highly collaborative approach to guide people without controlling them but employing authority when the situation requires.
  • Effective organization that reduces the amount of noise, distractions and interruptions.
  • Mentoring skills that demonstrate the agile values and principles in every thought and action.
  • Helping teams and individuals become agile through care, consideration and collaboration.
  • Good technical knowledge in Software Development – B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English, reading and writing.
