Training Services
Our training services provide customers and partners with the know-how to fully leverage their investment in our products. The comprehensive set of product functionality and capabilities are explained in detail, using a combination of classroom presentations, instructions and hands-on exercises. The trainers are seasoned industry professionals that not only provide product expertise, but also best practice experience gathered from customer projects worldwide.
Training is provided in our training locations in Sweden. Custom training at other premises can be arranged on request.

These courses are available:
- MZ 50 Usage Training (5 days) The Usage Training gives the users an overall knowledge of MediationZoneŽ product. It covers all the basics within implementation, system administration and operation. This course is highly recommended for those who have never used the product.
- MZ 50 Update Training (2 days) The Update Training will introduce the new features and functionality of the new MediationZoneŽ release and give the users pratice of the new features withing implementation and systsem administrtion tools.
- MZ DTK Training (3 days) The DTK (Development Toolkit) Training is for advanced users. This training will give knowledge on how to develop customized functionality such as Agents, APL functions and UDRs.
- MZ Custom Training (customized) On the job training provides the users with detailed knowledge of the customer delivered specific solution.
