DigitalRoute runs the infrastructure; your teams build and change monetization through a low-code interface.

How is it different from UsageCloud Private?
Can I run it on my private cloud?
UsageCloud is operated by DigitalRoute as a SaaS service on AWS. UsageCloud Private gives you the same core capabilities in a customer-operated model you deploy on your own Kubernetes — for teams that need infrastructure ownership, data residency control, or deep integration into existing DevOps and security frameworks.

Do I have to replace my existing billing, ERP, or CRM?
No. UsageCloud sits between your usage-generating applications and the systems you already run, making them usage-ready. It augments your stack through pre-built connectors and APIs — no rip-and-replace. Start with a single product line or use case and scale one capability at a time.

How is it secured, and where is data hosted?
UsageCloud is hosted on AWS in both EU and US regions, with account-level data isolation, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and full audit logging. The service is ISO 27001, SOC 1 Type II, and SOC 2 Type II certified, with cross-region backups and regional failover, and a 99.9% uptime SLA.
