At DigitalRoute we are committed to maintaining a transparent business environment and conducting our business with integrity, respect, and high ethical standards. We believe that everyone who interacts with DigitalRoute has an important role to play in helping us maintain these standards.  

Our whistleblowing service is an important part of our commitment to responsible business practices. It provides an early-warning mechanism that enables us to identify, investigate, and address serious concerns that could affect our people, our organization, our customers, society, or the environment. Our whistleblowing service provides a safe and secure way to raise concerns about serious misconduct or wrongdoing in a work-related context. You do not need to have proof of the suspected misconduct before making a report, however reports should always be made honestly and in good faith. 

Our whistleblowing service is provided by an external partner, WhistleB. The communication channel is encrypted and password protected.  Reports submitted through our whistleblowing service are handled with a high level of confidentiality. Access to reports is strictly limited to authorized individuals responsible for assessing and, where appropriate, investigating the matter. 

DigitalRoute does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, raises a concern through the whistleblowing channel, but if you would prefer, you may report anonymously.  

Each report is assessed carefully and handled in accordance with our whistleblowing procedures and applicable requirements. Depending on the nature of the concern, a report may be investigated internally or referred to the appropriate function or authority.
