DigitalRoute to provide usage-data solution for Vocus Retail’s business support systems

Vocus Retail, the business and consumer division of Vocus Group, today announced a major milestone in its digital transformation program in the appointment of Sigma Systems, Zuora and DigitalRoute as key technology partners to accelerate the modernization and simplification of its technology infrastructure.

Sigma Systems

Sigma Systems is the global leader in catalogue-driven software and a division of Hansen Technologies. Sigma has been appointed to provide applications to manage product development and order transactions.

DigitalRoute has been selected to provide a usage-data solution for Vocus Retail’s business support systems. The company’s Usage Data Platform takes raw, high-volume usage data from disparate systems and turns it into billable items.
